Reboot the charging station

  1. Open System Control – Status
  2. Press “Reboot system” and confirm selection
  3. Log back in to controller and navigate to System control –  Status
  4. Wait until all fields are in Running status.

Typical waiting time:

Less than 5 minutes in case of a stand-alone unit

Less than 10 minutes in case of multiple chargers in a chain
